Returns with Dazzle Fashion are easy! To begin the return process email dfjjax@gmail.com with a description of the return and a photo of the item.

All returns must be postmarked within 14 calendar days of the delivery date posted on USPS website. 

Please note shipping and handling charges are not reimbursed by Dazzle Fashion.

INCORRECT/DEFECTIVE ITEM

If you believe you have received an incorrect item or an item with a manufacturer defect we must be notified within 3 days of receiving the order at dfjjax@gmail.com
or it cannot be returned - No Exceptions. A photo of the incorrect item/manufacturer defect must be included in your email.

If the item is not in the same condition as it was when it left our store it will not be accepted. We will not accept any items that have been ripped/torn/come apart at the seam when trying an item on or holes made to items when opening packages with scissors - this is not a manufacturer defect.

STORE CREDIT

All returned merchandise is for store credit only and does not include original shipping costs.
All returns must be postmarked within 14 calendar days of the delivery date provided by USPS with original tags still attached. Items that appear worn/washed, have stains, smell of cigarette smoke, perfume, deodorant or other odors, have animal hair or have been damaged by you will not be accepted.
If your return does not meet the above return guidelines or will not be  postmarked within 14 days of the delivery date posted by USPS, please DO NOT attempt to return it. You will be responsible to pay the additional shipping costs to send back to you. If you choose not to pay shipping charges to get it back to you, your items will be donated to charity after 15 calendar days of our receipt.


ACCESSORIES
Sunglasses, hats, jewelry, socks, handbags, hair accessories & scarves are not returnable.

Shipping Policy

All orders shipped within the continental United States over $75.00 (calculated after any discounts & excludes tax) receive free standard shipping. If you need to modify your order, please contact us immediately at dfjjax@gmail.com Orders cannot be canceled once they are placed and we are not able to make changes to your order after it has shipped.

Dazzle Fashion ships worldwide. Please remember that delivery time does not include Saturdays, Sundays or holidays. You will be notified by email regarding any expected delays. Dazzle Fashion will contact you if the merchandise you have selected is not currently in stock or there is an issue with your order.

Standard Shipping - $6.50 (3-7 Days, Orders under $75.00 in Continental US)
Orders typically arrive within 3 to 7 business days (M-F excluding holidays) after it ships. If you qualify for a free shipping offer, expect your order within 3 to 7 business days after it ships. Standard delivery must also be used for orders shipped to U.S. territories, Alaska, Hawaii.

Priority Shipping (2-4 Days) - $15.00
Priority delivery orders can be shipped to street addresses or PO Boxes in the continental United States. Orders are expected to arrive within 2 to 4 business days (M-F excluding holidays), depending on the destination zip code.

Priority Express Shipping (1-2 Days) - $25.00
Priority Express delivery orders can be shipped to street addresses or PO Boxes in the continental United States. Orders are guaranteed to arrive within 1 to 2 business days (M-F excluding holidays), depending on the destination zip code.

Standard International - $30.00
Standard International orders use flat rate shipping and are usually delivered within 7-17 business days. Orders received before 1:00 p.m. ET will be processed the same day pending credit card authorization and verification. Orders received after 1:00 p.m. EST will be processed the following business day.
